- Preparation of scaled drawings that develop the design in greater detail to include materials, dimensions and workability.
Cost Estimating
- Accurately estimate construction costs
- Achieve desired budget
- Work within developers performa, project build costs & sales costs
Construction Documents
- Produce working drawings and specifications
- Structural Design Coordination
- Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) Coordination
Biding & Negotiation
- Assemble bid list, prepare invitation to bid, and coordinate instructions & questions with bidders.
Construction Observation
- Timely and reliable site observation
- Progress reports/Field Observation documentation
- Process Pay Application requests from Contractor
- Punch lists for final close-out
